Poseidon Gin is Cayman Spirits Co.’s newest gin and #8 in our series. It is dedicated to the God of the Seas in Greek mythology, Poseidon.

Ambrosia is the drink of the Greek gods, often depicted as conferring longevity or immortality upon whoever consumed it. The vision for this gin was conceived by distillery Moises Sevilla and inspired by Poseidon and his legendary nectar of ambrosia.

Ingredients include:

• Seagrapes
• Roasted Almonds
• Roasted Pineapple
• Toasted Coconut
• Salt from the Cayman Sea
• Lemongrass
• Grains of Paradise
• Corriander
• & of course, Juniper Berries

There is this beautiful flower that grows here in Cayman known as the Butterfly Pea Flower. The flower is what gives our gin its beautiful deep blue color with floral notes. When the PH levels change, this gin reacts and turns into a memorizing purple color.
