February 8, 1794, 3:00 AM. A convoy of ten ships bound for the United States and Britain rounded the East End of Grand Cayman. The pitch black night spelled disaster for the convoy, as they blindly sailed to their destruction upon the reefs of Gun Bay.

Yet on that dark night, the Cayman people braved the waters and saved nearly all of the shipwrecked crew.

It is to these brave souls we dedicate Gun Bay Vodka and raise a glass.

A premium vodka born of great respect.

When we considered creating Cayman’s only premium vodka, we had a few stipulations.

It would be hand-crafted with attention and care in every detail.

It would use only the finest ingredients.

And, to be worthy of sharing with our friends, Gun Bay Vodka would need to be truly world-class.

So we got to work.

Our custom-built 28-plate vodka column distills a rare spirit with exceptional purity and clarity of character.

We chill-filter at near freezing temperatures, then let our premium vodka sift gently through charred coconut shells, leaving only the pure, clear spirit.

The result is an incredibly silky, smooth premium vodka that exceeds our expectations – and exceeds all international standards for purity.

Stir with ice
Garnish with lime

1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Rose’s lime juice
Shake with ice

1 oz Governor’s Reserve Coconut Rum
1 oz pineapple juice
Shake with ice until frothy
Gently sink a dash of grenadine
Orange for garnish
