February 8, 1794, 3:00 AM. A convoy of ten ships bound for the United States and Britain rounded the East End of Grand Cayman. The pitch black night spelled disaster for the convoy, as they blindly sailed to their destruction upon the reefs of Gun Bay.
Yet on that dark night, the Cayman people braved the waters and saved nearly all of the shipwrecked crew.

When we considered creating Cayman’s only premium vodka, we had a few stipulations.

4 oz cranberry juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
Stir with ice
Garnish with lime
Add to a highball glass with ice:

1/2 can of 28 Black Açai energy drink

1 oz triple sec
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz Rose’s lime juice
Shake with ice
1 oz Gun Bay Vodka
1 oz Governor’s Reserve Coconut Rum
1 oz pineapple juice
Shake with ice until frothy
Gently sink a dash of grenadine
Orange for garnish
